Data Collection Agent
Data collection software is remotely installed on your server via a phone call. The software then collects toner supply levels and page counts from print devices on your network.
Auto-Replenishment
You can set reorder thresholds at the printer level and supply orders are automatically created when the threshold is met.
Communication
You will receive auto-generated emails advising when your toner levels are low and/or that a new order has been placed.

Unlike full, more complex Managed Print Services, MPS Lite is a streamlined, automated replenishment solution focusing on the toner ordering and delivery management process. This new program uses software to monitor toner levels on your networked devices and automates toner ordering and delivery from our warehouses. It supports any OEM supplies manufacturer.
Our software can monitor your toner levels regardless of whether you use OEM or compatible toner.
This program will work with all networked printers.
Yes. Specialized data collection agent software is installed remotely on your server. Upon installation, the software will collect information on toner levels and page counts from networked printers and trigger a replenishment order when pre-set levels have been met.
Yes. The data collection agent software for MPS Lite is HIPAA and SOX compliant. Your data will only get pushed out to create orders and does not loop back.
No. You will receive an email with a link to download the software. The installation will be completed remotely and anyone with administrative access to your server, including 3rd party IT services, can perform the software installation. Upon initial installation, the software will run for 24 hours to find and download all networked devices on your server. Only networked devices will be serviced via MPS Lite.
Yes. There is an agreement with your sales representative that you will sign stating that you agree to use the software and auto fill toner.
Contracts will be valid for 1-3 years.
Yes. If the designated toner is in stock, it will automatically ship as needed.
If the required toner is not available, we will notify you via email.Wewill ship it as soon as it is available.
Toners ship out individually; they are not consolidated.
The shipping label will include identifying information you provided during set-up period.
The Auto Supplies Management (ASM) dashboard reports the number of pages printed, toner remaining and toner waste. Additional detail is available depending on your needs.
While older printers on your network can be monitored, we may not have toners readily available for these specific devices. MPS Lite will maintain data on these devices, including lifecycle and usage, and notify you if they should be replaced.
